Torta con Peppa Pig per il 3° compleanno di Claudia
Si tratta di un pan di spagna tagliato in tre strati e farcito con doppio strato di crema pasticcera al cioccolato e crema diplomatica alla vaniglia. Le decorazioni sono realizzate con mmf e coloranti alimentari.
Per le decorazioni:
scagliette di cioccolato gialle
mmf
coloranti alimentari in gel
panna vegetale da montare già zuccherata
Tagliare il pan di spagna in tre parti, bagnare con una bagna a piacere e farcire uno strato con crema pasticcera al cioccolato e uno strato con crema diplomatica alla vaniglia.
Ricoprire la torta con uno strato uniforme di panna montata, i ciuffetti di panna laterali sono realizzati con sac à poche monouso (Decora), in superficie ho distribuito delle scagliette di cioccolato gialle; le decorazioni sono realizzate in mmf colorato con coloranti alimentari in gel.
